Spring hike along the river with the whole crew. The weather threw a bit of everything at us, starting with sunny green meadows full of dandelions before turning into gloomy, drizzly skies up at the viewpoints.
The trail turned into a proper off-road workout at times, especially when we had to haul a stroller up steep, muddy rocks through the woods. The scenery made it well worth the effort, though—classic trails running above the rushing water, old cabins perched impossibly high on the rocky cliffs, and even a couple of witches hanging from a tree to welcome us along the way. Great day out.
